Far East H-Trust's portfolio has 12 properties, comprising of 8 hotels and 4 serviced residences. Totalling 2,829 hotel rooms and apartment units, the portfolio is valued at approximately S$2.48 billion.

The well-located and high-quality assets provide easy access to business, shopping and cultural districts as well as healthcare facilities, and enjoy MRT connectivity through major transport links. Primarily located in the Core Central Region, being within the Orchard Road Shopping Belt, the Marina Bay and Singapore River as well as the Civic and Cultural Districts, the properties cater to a wide variety of business and leisure customers.

Far East H-Trust's portfolio has eight hotels that are primarily located in Singapore's core central region. Given the hotels' proximity to the Central Business District, Orchard Road shopping district and other key tourist attractions, they are easily accessible to corporate and leisure customers.

Five of the Hotels, namely The Elizabeth Hotel, Village Hotel Bugis, Oasia Hotel Singapore, Orchard Parade Hotel and The Quincy Hotel, are situated within walking distance of major medical centres and hospitals popular among medical tourists. Oasia Hotel Singapore, in particular, is situated in the heart of the Novena area, which has one of the highest concentrations of hospital beds in Singapore.

Far East has three in-house brands, namely, the Village, Oasia and Quincy brands.

Serviced Residences

Far East H-Trust has four serviced residences in its portfolio. Mostly located within the Core Central region, the serviced residences serve their own active target markets.

Village Residence Hougang, located in the Outside Central Region of Singapore, caters particularly to the aerospace-related businesses in Seletar Aerospace Park and the electronics manufacturing hub in
Ang Mo Kio.
